Seller Inspection Process

By default, the Seller will not see the ‘Payout Letter’ category on their inspection home page.  Only after they’ve provided details about their vehicle and Authentik8 has detected that the vehicle has a financial encumbrance via PPSR will the ‘Payout Letter’ category display on their inspection home page.

Clicking on ‘Payout Letter’, the Seller will be shown instructions describing what this document is and why it is required.

Continuing, the Seller can take a photo of their document, review that the image was captured correctly and submit. See Inspection Process - Payout Letter
