Homepage Dashboard

The homepage dashboard is the first screen that a user will see after logging in. This screen provides an introduction to the platform.

Inspections Tab

Inspection Listing

The inspections that display in the inspection listing will be limited to the access for the respective user.

• Lender users will be able to see all inspections that have been created within their Authentik8 instance. This will include inspections created by other lender users and all inspections created by broker users.

• Broker users will only see inspections that they have created.

The Inspection listing table includes the following columns:

• Created By

• Created Date

• Reference Number (if entered for that inspection)

• Buyer's Name

• Seller's Name

• Status

• Progress

Use the filter action to:

• Keyword Search: Use the search bar to perform a keyword search within the table.

• Filtering: Filter the table by Created By or Status to refine the inspection list.

Inspection Detail

The inspection detail screen can be accessed by clicking on an inspection from the inspection listing.  The inspection detail screen displays all the information supplied by the seller and all the verification checks that have been made.

As per the above image, the following sections include:

1. Lender reference number, Authenitk8 reference number and the inspection status tag

2. Vehicle description, seller details, buyer details and the associated lender

3. Action buttons

4. Tab navigation to review each section of the inspection

5. Primary data retrieved for the tab section

6. Verification checks – click on any of the verification checks that has the ‘Details ->’ tag to see more information

7. All the required documents to be provided by the seller
