New User First Login

Administrators can invite new users into their Authentik8 instance. Speak with your Lender to request access.

Receiving an Invitation

• Users will receive an email invitation with a link to set up their profile.

  

• Click on the link in the email to go to the Setup Profile page.

Setting Up Your Profile

• Complete the form by providing your first name, last name, and creating a password.

  

• Log in to Authentik8 with your email and new password.

Multi-Factor Authentication Setup

• Upon first login, you will be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA).

• Follow the on-screen instructions to download an authentication app such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator. Use the app to scan the QR code displayed on the screen or enter the provided PIN manually.

  

• Enter the generated authentication code from the app to activate MFA.

• From now on, each time you log in, you will enter your username, password, and the authentication code from the MFA app.
