Generate Private Sale Invoice

To generate a Private Sale Invoice, navigate to the More Actions dropdown menu, located at the top-right corner of the Inspection Details page.

This action enables lenders and brokers to create a Private Sale Invoice PDF directly from the Inspection Details page. The tool pre-populates key fields based on the inspection details, ensuring a streamlined and accurate starting point for the document.

• Editable Fields: While the invoice auto-fills information such as buyer and seller details, vehicle specifications, and bank details, users can manually edit or amend any fields before finalising the document.
  

• Personal and Business Sales: The system supports generating Private Sale Invoices for both personal and business sales, adapting the format and content as required.
  

• Download Options: Once finalised, the invoice can be downloaded immediately for execution.

This flexibility ensures that the invoices align with the unique requirements of each sale while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
