Resend Inspection Invite SMS

To resend the inspection invite SMS, navigate to the More Actions dropdown menu, located at the top-right corner of the Inspection Details page.
If the seller has not received or misplaced the inspection invitation, this option allows lenders or brokers to resend the SMS. Additionally, users can change the seller’s mobile number to ensure the inspection invitation is sent to the correct recipient.
Mobile Number Updates: Lender or broker users can edit the mobile number associated with the inspection before resending the SMS. This ensures that the invitation reaches the appropriate contact.
Email Address Restriction: The seller’s email address, used for access code delivery, cannot be edited, or changed. This restriction ensures the integrity of the seller's access to the inspection.
This feature provides flexibility in managing communication with sellers while maintaining secure access protocols.
